Keto Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts or thighs (boneless or bone in)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or basil

  • Optional: ½ teaspoon of onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • Cilantro & parsley to garnish

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 425F/220C. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, salt and pepper until combined.

  • Lightly coat the chicken breasts in olive oil, and then generously rub the spice mix on both sides of the chicken.

  • Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and cook for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature has reach 165F.
