Keto Cheese Grits

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blanched finely ground almond flour

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  • Mix almond flour, chicken broth, and heavy whipping cream in a pot

  • Bring to a boil

  • Add butter

  • Reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes (or longer if needed)

  • Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted
