Cinnamon Sugar Oyster Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter (1 stick)

  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

  • 1 bag oyster crackers (10 oz.)


Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 250-degrees.

  • Melt the butter either in the microwave or on the stove and then pour over oyster crackers in a large bowl, stirring to coat evenly.

  • Add the sugar and cinnamon to another small bowl and stir until combined.

  • Pour the cinnamon sugar mixture over the butter-coated crackers and stir until they are evenly coated. You could also pop a lid on your bowl, if available, and shake until they are coated.

  • Bake for 30 minutes, until crispy. Let cool completely before eating or storing them.
